The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete information and timely feedback and approvals.
• Provide required access to advertising accounts, pages, websites, and CRM systems.
• Respond to leads generated through campaigns in a timely, lawful manner.
• Ensure all materials you supply are accurate and do not infringe third-party rights.
• Comply with applicable laws and the policies of advertising platforms.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees, billing frequency, and payment terms are set out in your written agreement or proposal. Unless stated otherwise, fees are due in advance of each service period, are non-refundable once work has begun, and do not include advertising spend paid directly to platforms. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

All content on this website, including copy, video, graphics, and marks, is owned by GOAT MEDIA or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. You retain ownership of materials you provide to us. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the final deliverables produced for you in your marketing. GOAT MEDIA retains ownership of its underlying processes, templates, frameworks, and project files, and may display work produced for you in its portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential, to use it only for the purposes of the engagement, and not to disclose it to third parties except to service providers bound by similar obligations or as required by law.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GOAT MEDIA does not guarantee any specific results from advertising, including any particular number of leads, appointments, conversions, revenue, or return on ad spend. Any figures, case studies, or testimonials shown reflect specific client outcomes and are not a promise of similar results. Performance depends on factors outside our control, including your market, offer, pricing, budget, sales capacity, and third-party platform behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOAT MEDIA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice terms in the applicable agreement, or immediately for material breach that is not cured within a reasonable period. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees for services performed through the termination date. We may suspend or terminate access to this website at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. SMS Messaging Terms

GOAT MEDIA sends text messages to individuals who submit our application form and consent to receive them. Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling and confirmation of your consultation call, and follow-up communications regarding your application.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After you reply "STOP," we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at admin@goatmediallc.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages related to your application and scheduled calls, with frequency varying based on your activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

13. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, submit an application, or consent to receive text messages from GOAT MEDIA. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
